BALLET JAZZ

Jazz dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with the current forms of popular dance. Jazz also has its own movement vocabulary ranging from the isolation of certain body parts to the movement of the entire body with the accents of musical rhythms. Jazz dance can take on many different characteristics and styles, including Street Jazz, Percussive, Broadway, Contemporary and Lyrical.

INSANITY WORKOUT

You’ll never confuse one of our up-tempo Insanity classes for a yoga or Pilates routine. In fact, Insanity is world renowned for being a hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance.

PILOXING KNOCKOUT is the ultimate test of athleticism and takes fitness to a whole new level!

This killer workout will not only test your endurance to the max, but will push your physical abilities past their limits. This high-intensity, plyometric, functional core-centric program, will conquer obstacles and change your fitness level to points you didn’t know your body was capable of reaching.

ZUMBA FITNESS

The Zumba® group exercise class is particularly festive! A cross between fitness, entertainment, Latin and aerobic dance, this class is lots of fun. Zumba Fitness provides the music and choreography.
